The Buffalo Regional Digester is a 1.0 megawatt state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion facility in Buffalo, New York. Our digester takes in 45,000 tons of organic waste every year from farms, food processors, restaurants and grocery stores. We then use a biological process to turn this waste, which would normally go into landfills, into renewable energy that powers the community
